Easy Quick Organic Pan Fried Chicken


3 organic chicken breasts (or any organic chicken cut you want)
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt or sea salt
1/2 tsp organic garlic powder
1/2 tsp organic onion powder
1/2-1tsp organic cumin powder
3TB organic salted butter


1• Using a nontoxic pan (i.e. cast iron, stainless steel, ceramic, or glass) begin melting the butter over medium heat.
2• Place the chicken evenly around the pain and sprinkle with salt and spices.
3• After 3 minutes, flip the chicken. A nice sear should now be seen on that side.
4• Continue flipping the chicken every few minutes until thoroughly cooked. If you are like me and forget to take the chicken out of the freezer long enough to thaw, you will have to cut the breasts in half so the insides can cook through.
5• Pair with your favorite organic condiments and organic sides.
