Make Your Own Chocolate Candy

It is nearly impossible to find chocolate in my city that isn't full of additives. I can taste the cheap flavor of soy lecithin, and can't finish the bite I took because it tastes so bad to me. Here's a simple recipe for mouth watering chocolate anytime. Add an organic peanut butter, shredded unsweetened coconut, or crushed almond layer to them for even more delicious goodness!

There are only 3 ingredients! Melt them together on low heat and poor into a silicone mold. Let them cool in the fridge till firm.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup organic raw coconut oil
2 TB organic maple syrup or raw honey

That's it! I recommend storing them in the fridge as coconut oil can melt at room temperature.
