Spring Clean Your Body


My husband and I decided that every Spring we are going to do a Liver, Kidney, and Gallbladder Stone Cleanse followed by a Master Cleanse. It takes 4 days for the first cleanse and 5-10 days for the second cleanse. Expect to loose weight and feel great! We each passed over 50 stones. Please consult a physician before doing the cleanse. I am not a doctor and want you to make educated decisions with your physician. Once you have cleansed, it is ideal to only eat clean. You don't want to pollute your body again! 

Shopping List:

5 gallons distilled water per person
3 gallons fresh pressed organic apple juice (not concentrate) per person
Celtic sea salt
1/2 cup organic extra virgin olive oil per person
16 cups organic fresh pressed lemon juice (not frozen) per person (10 day master cleanse)
16 cups organic grade b maple syrup per person (10 day master cleanse)
organic cayenne pepper (powder or liquid) 1/10tsp per person per day for master cleanse


Day 1

Drink up to a gallon of each: distilled water and fresh pressed organic apple juice (not concentrate) only.

At night drink 32 oz of water + 2 tsp of celtic sea salt (I could not drink it all). This cleanses the colon. Lay on your right side for 5-10 minutes after drinking. This will allow the salt to go into the intestines quickly. 

Day 2

Same as Day 1

Day 3

Drink up to a gallon of each: distilled water and fresh pressed organic apple juice (not concentrate) only.

At night drink 1/2 cup organic extra virgin olive oil and 1/4 cup organic fresh lemon juice (you can mix the two if it helps). Geoff and I found this pretty tough to drink, but we survived! Then go to bed immediately laying on your right side.

Day 4

Sometime during the day you will begin passing stones. They can be black, brown, blue, green, or clear. They will float and pass painlessly (my organs felt sore the next day). You may pass stones first thing in the morning or , like me, at night. They will be different sizes (rice size to quarter size).

Switch to the drinking 2TB fresh organic lemon juice + 2 TB organic grade B maple syrup + 1/10 tsp cayenne pepper + 8 oz distilled water every hour on the hour. I did it without the cayenne pepper, but to get the full healing power of the mix, use it. 

You may also consume other liquids if you want, but still no food.

Day 5-10

Continue the liquid and lemon drink fast as long as your schedule will allow. This fast is known as the Master Cleanse and supposedly will melt 2lbs of fat away a day. I did not do it long enough to test that theory.

After doing the cleanse, we felt great (and still do)!
